Three partnership tracks — Referral, Solution, Technology — all sharing the same recurring commissions, first-party attribution and weekly payouts. Why partner with us?
signatrust.net/r/<code> and self-serve banners + swipe copy. All tracks share the same commission engine, attribution and payout pipeline. The difference is positioning, support level and go-to-market.
Every approved commission moves from "pending" to "approved" after the 30-day hold (this covers Stripe's refund window). On the next payout batch, the approved balance is queued — provided your KYC / tax form is verified and you have a payout method on file. You can also trigger a payout manually from the dashboard.
If the customer cancels before the hold lifts, the commission is voided. If the customer is later refunded, we void the corresponding commission and (if it has already been paid) record a debit adjustment that nets against your next payout.
Configurable per program; the public default is last-touch. The "first_touch" mode keeps the original attribution for the whole cookie window even if the visitor later clicks another partner's link.
No. Conversions whose hashed signup-IP matches the affiliate's hashed signup-IP are automatically flagged as self-referrals and discarded. Same goes for the obvious rapid-click and cookie-stuffing patterns.
If you refer another affiliate (they apply with your sponsor code or land on your referral link first), you earn a small percentage on top of their direct commissions. The override is paid by Signatrust — it never reduces the sub-affiliate's earnings.
Yes. Set a partner postback URL in the dashboard and we'll POST HMAC-SHA256-signed JSON events to it whenever a click is recorded, a conversion is captured, a commission is approved, or a payout is paid.
